Welcome to this site for the Lighthouse Baptist Church, or as some affectionately call it – The Lighthouse! It is our desire to strengthen you in the things of God, stir you to serve the Lord Jesus Christ, and stand by you in the storms of life. In order to achieve that goal, we offer many events and ministries, and a church family ready to serve. We are especially concerned about the needs of families because it is the basic unit of society. So we work hard to help both stable and struggling families. We like to say, “We’re not formal, just family!”. This website is designed to give you a basic overview of what our church can offer you and how you can be blessed through the various ministries. One of the key verses of Scripture that forms the basis of our church philosophy is Ephesians 2:19 “Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God;”. We don’t want anyone to be a stranger from God, and then secondly, we don’t want anyone to be a stranger with one another when they come to the Lighthouse. This is why our slogan is – “A church where nobody is a stranger”
